I went to the the C.F. Martin & Co., Inc. factory today and a wonderful (and free) tour of the factory facility (Thank you, Brent!). I then went to the guitar museum there and got to play some fine fine instruments. I played D-28s, a D-35, and a few others. One was a 12 string. My daughter, Faith, recorded me playing it.

If you get a chance to visit the Martin Guitar factory, definitely go. Guitars don't just happen. They are crafted and created. I emerged from the experience today with greater respect for the history of this process.
